CM Nitish Kumar today launched 38 highway patrol vehicles for strengthening road safety and seamless traffic system on 01 Aney Marg. The Chief Minister also flagged off 38 highway patrol vehicles on the occasion.
Showed up and left. The Chief Minister inspected the highway patrol vehicles before dedicating them to the nation and enquired about their functioning from the officials.
It is to be noted that these National Highway Patrol vehicles have been linked to Dial-112 of Emergency Response Sport System (EMRS) so that these vehicles can be immediately sent to the spot in case of emergency. Also, provision has been made for a centralized solution from the vehicle or control room through the devices installed on it for effective action.
At the outset, Director General of Police Alok Raj welcomed the Chief Minister by presenting him a green sapling.
