Brinjal and Beetroot Chip Ingredients
- 250 grams of brinjal
- 250 grams of beetroot
- To taste, add sea salt.
- To taste, add half a teaspoon of spices.
- Olive oil
How to Prepare Chips with Beetroot and Brinjal
1. Use a dish towel to thoroughly wash and pat dry the beetroot and brinjal.
2. Slice the dried vegetables thinly, resembling chips.
3. Toss them in a basin with a little olive oil.
4. Place them flat on a baking sheet-lined tray.
5. Depending on your preference, sprinkle sea salt on top. For added taste, you can also sprinkle it with some powdered spices.
6. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes at 120°C (your oven may vary by a minute or two).
