Film Artists Hail Madhya Pradesh as Emerging Hub of Indian Cinema After Mumbai
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the film “The Sabarmati Report” brings out the dark chapter of history. This film brings out the truth of the incident that took place in Godhra, Gujarat in the year 2002. The film has been filmed on real facts. The film gives information about the sacrifice of those 59 Kar Sevaks which was described as wrong at that time. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the film has been exempted from tax by the Madhya Pradesh Government.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that there are many important places in the state from the point of view of filming. The policies of the state government are also encouraging the film industry. The producers of the film “The Sabarmati Report” deserve praise for making this film and telling the truth of a 22 year old incident to today’s generation.
MP Shri VD Sharma said that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has taken a commendable decision to make the film tax free. The producer of the film, Shri Anshul Mohan said that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has supported the film. The entire unit of the film is grateful to him for this. The hero of the film, Shri Vikrant Massey said that the coming generation should know about history. Sushri Ekta Kapoor has done the work of bringing forward an important chapter of history. The heroine of the film, Sushri Rashi Khanna said that Madhya Pradesh has Bhopal, Khajuraho, Pachmarhi and many other important places. Madhya Pradesh is becoming an important centre for film production. After Mumbai, Madhya Pradesh is becoming an important place in the film world. Many ministers, MPs, MLAs and citizens of the state government were present to watch the film screening.
