Indian Ambassador to Japan Shri Sibi George met with Chief Minister Mohan Yadav in Tokyo. They discussed the longstanding historical ties between India and Japan, focusing on ways to strengthen the relationship, particularly in terms of boosting trade and economic collaboration between Madhya Pradesh and Japan.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav is currently on a four-day visit to Japan, which will conclude on January 31. During this visit, he will invite Japanese industrialists and investors to the Global Investors Summit (GIS) in Bhopal, scheduled for February 24-25. He plans to have individual discussions to highlight investment opportunities. The summit is expected to draw investors from across the globe.
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav emphasized that this visit marks the beginning of a new chapter in the friendship between Madhya Pradesh and Japan.
Indian Diaspora welcomes CM with tilak
Chief Minister Mohan Yadav arrived in Tokyo, Japan, on Tuesday morning, where he was warmly received by the Indian diaspora. The Friends of MP community greeted him with a tilak, tied a safa (turban) around his head, and presented him with a traditional sword as a mark of respect.
