Cabinet Minister Mohinder Bhagat visited the Defence Services Welfare Office today to review its operations and assess the progress of various schemes aimed at supporting ex-servicemen and their families. During his visit, he engaged with key officials and observed the office’s functioning.
Minister Mohinder Bhagat emphasized the need for efficient and transparent services, instructing officials to expedite the resolution of pending cases and strengthen the implementation of welfare initiatives. He highlighted the importance of a proactive approach in addressing grievances to ensure that government benefits reach all eligible beneficiaries.
Acknowledging the dedication of the office staff, Minister Mohinder Bhagat commended their hard work and encouraged them to continue serving the defense community with commitment. He urged them to uphold the same discipline and responsibility that defines the armed forces, ensuring seamless support for ex-servicemen and their families.
