Terming “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas” as the basic mantra of good governance, CM Bhajanlal Sharma said that people’s cooperation is important to make Rajasthan a prosperous and developed state. He laid the foundation stone and inaugurated various development projects at the Development and Good Governance Festival held in Bhilwara on the occasion of Rajasthan Diwas.
CM Bhajanlal Sharma saluted the efforts of Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and announced that Rajasthan Day will now be celebrated every year on Chaitra Shukla Pratipada. On the occasion, the Chief Minister released several guidelines related to urban development, medical, administration and industrial reforms along with the launch of development projects worth Rs 10,000 crore.
CM Bhajanlal Sharma launched a health coverage scheme and a medical app for journalists, which will enable patients to make appointments at home. Accusing the previous government of corruption, paper leaks, power crisis and administrative mess, he said his government has given a new impetus to development by implementing the MoU signed at the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit.
Steps like Jal Jeevan Mission, action in paper leak cases, industrial policies and improvement in infrastructure are being taken to develop Rajasthan rapidly. Terming good governance as the key to progress, the Chief Minister said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the State Government is working for the betterment of the common man.
Speaker Vasudev Devnani, Deputy Chief Minister Premchand Bairwa and other dignitaries were present on the occasion. During the event, various officers were awarded Atal e-Governance State Awards and interacted with beneficiaries of public welfare schemes.
