CM Mohan Yadav further noted that Chandrashekhar Azad, who hailed from Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh, never accepted British rule and lived true to his vow to remain free until death. Shri Darda not only fought for India’s independence but also served in various ministries in Maharashtra for over 23 years, undertaking numerous works in public interest and social service.
The Chief Minister remarked that healthcare facilities in Madhya Pradesh are growing steadily. In 2002–03, the state had only 5 medical colleges, which has now increased to 30, and in two more years, this number is expected to reach 50. He emphasized that Madhya Pradesh is progressing rapidly in industrial development, with its growth rate reaching 12%. Per capita income has risen from ₹11,000 in 2002–03 to ₹1.52 lakh today.
