The two were married six months prior, and Yogesh worked as a teacher.
It was reported by the authorities that Yogesh had left a note saying, “We will live together and die together.”
Manikarnika lost her life in an accident on Monday on the Lucknow-Hardoi highway beneath the Sursa police station.
UP News: Manikarnika was driving to her job as a nurse at Tadiyawana Primary Health Center when she was pushed from her scooter by an unknown vehicle, according to Sursa Station House Officer (SHO) Indresh Kumar Yadav.
“With the help of her identity card and mobile number, she was identified and her husband was informed,” said SHO Yadav.
UP News: After arriving at the location, Yogesh removed his wife’s possessions, went back home, and locked himself in a room.
When their neighbor knocked on the door to offer his condolences for his wife’s passing and got no answer, he busted it open to discover Yogesh hanging from the ceiling.
