Mahavatar Narsimha, the Indian mythological animated epic directed by debutant Ashwin Kumar, has made history at the box office. As of now, the film has grossed a staggering ₹210 crore worldwide, according to figures shared by the filmmakers.

Released on July 25, the film has quickly surpassed major international titles, including Disney and Marvel productions, to become the highest-grossing animated film in Indian history. It has notably outperformed Hanuman and Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse at the Indian box office.
