News Punajb : Satpreet Singh, originally from village Banga in Nawanshahr, was named a co-accused in the 2021 NDPS Act case filed against Bikram Singh Majithia. The case (FIR No. 02 dated 20/12/2021) was registered under sections 25, 27A, and 29 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Punjab State Crime, SAS Nagar.

News Punajb : Investigations revealed that Satta frequently traveled to India between 2007 and 2013, the period when the infamous Bhola drug racket was active in Punjab. He was found to be connected with the international drug syndicate worth Rs. 6,000 crore and linked to several political figures of that time.
An official spokesperson of Punjab Police confirmed that, on the request of the Special Investigation Team, the competent authority has issued a Blue Corner Notice against Satpreet Satta.
