MP NEWS UPDATE : Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that children are the nation’s priceless heritage, and it is everyone’s responsibility to nurture and promote their immense potential.
MP NEWS : Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the talent of children and youth drives the nation on the path of progress. He emphasised, “Children must study well and shape their future; the government stands with them at every step.” CM Dr. Yadav said that the government is providing scholarships to students from primary to higher education while also creating new employment opportunities. Recruitment is underway for 1 lakh posts, and 2.5 lakh government positions to be filled over the next five years. Police recruitments are also ongoing, with 7,500 posts announced this year. A separate Police Recruitment Board has been established, and 7,500 personnel will be recruited annually over the next three years to fill all vacancies in the police department.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the 16th State-level Talent Felicitation Ceremony of the Phool Mali Samaj at Hindi Bhavan, Bhopal, on Sunday. On this occasion, he felicitated meritorious students of the community who excelled in various examinations and secured merit positions, presenting them with certificates of appreciation and honoraria.
CM Dr. Yadav said that the state government is promoting horticulture and flower decoration to strengthen the traditional vocation of the Phool Mali Samaj. Recently, during Janmashtami, the government also announced attractive awards for floral decoration in Shri Krishna temples. He said that flowers and values are closely connected—just as flowers are loved by all, so too is the Phool Mali Samaj. Farming and horticulture go hand in hand—while farmers toil in the fields, the Phool Mali community nurtures the gardens. The state government is taking several steps to promote horticulture. He added that the Phool Mali Samaj, through hard work and dedication, has carved a unique identity. The youth of the community have brought laurels not only to Madhya Pradesh but also at the national and international levels. “Honouring such talented achievers is a matter of pride for all of us,” he said, urging children and youth to dream big and pursue their aspirations with hard work, dedication, and honesty. He assured, “The Madhya Pradesh government will always stand by them to help realise their dreams.”
CM Dr. Yadav said the government is prioritizing education, self-employment, traditional vocations, and the promotion of floral art. He reiterated that the state is working on the principle of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas—ensuring no community is left behind in the journey of development.
During the program, representatives of the Phool Mali Samaj welcomed the Chief Minister with a traditional turban. Responding to the community’s demand, CM Dr. Yadav assured financial assistance for the construction of a community Dharma Shala in Ujjain and expressed support for conferring Bharat Ratna on the national icons of the Samaj.
In his welcome address, Shri Harinarayan Mali, a regional office-bearer of the Samaj, said that this is the 16th talent felicitation ceremony of the community, and government support is needed to expand its activities.

Krishna Gaur, MLA Shri Bhagwan Das Sabnani, Municipal Corporation Chairman Shri Kishan Suryavanshi, social worker Shri Ravindra Yati, Shri G.P. Mali, Shri Harinarayan Mali, Shri Bhagwan Bhai Mali, Smt. Shanti, Shri Geeta Prasad, Shri Narendra Rahul, along with other office-bearers, community members and a large number of students.
