All you  Need is

All-purpose flour – for the pizza dough – Yeast – to make the dough rise – Tomato sauce – for the base layer of flavor – Mozzarella cheese – for that perfect melty topping – Olive oil – for kneading dough and brushing the crust

Make the Dough

In a bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, 1 tsp yeast, ¾ cup warm water, 1 tbsp olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Knead into a smooth dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.

Prepare the Base

Roll out the dough into a circle or rectangle. Place it on a greased baking tray or pizza stone.

Add Sauce

Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce evenly across the base. You can add herbs or garlic if you like.

Now Add Some Cheese

Top with generous amounts of shredded mozzarella cheese. Want it extra gooey? Go wild.

Bake & You're Done!

Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
