The 31-year-old singer made the announcement via Instagram on Thursday, September 4, posting images and teaser videos of the album cover splashed across billboards. The song cover sticks with the bold pink aesthetic of its predecessor, continuing a visual theme that fans have quickly embraced.
“Swag II midnight tonight,” Bieber simply captioned one video, sending fans into a frenzy online.
A New Creative Chapter
SWAG II is expected to build on the sonic direction Bieber took with the song, his first full-length release since Justice in 2021. The original album marked a shift toward more R&B and experimental pop influences, and fans are eager to see how this next chapter evolves.
According to a source, Bieber had been quietly working on new material for months, even spending time in Iceland this past spring to write and record.
