CM Dr. Mohan Yadav will inaugurate ₹233.82 crore development projects and distribute benefits under key schemes in Barwara, Katni. The event features exhibitions promoting rural livelihoods, health camps, and plantation drives as part of the ‘Seva Pakhwada’ campaign.
CM Dr. Mohan Yadav will attend an event in Barwara Vikas Khand of Katni District on Thursday, September 18, where he will inaugurate and perform Bhoomi Poojan for development projects worth ₹233.82 crore for Barwara and Reethi blocks, including newly constructed Sandipani school buildings. CM Dr. Mohan Yadav will inaugurate 19 development projects worth ₹106.18 crore and Bhoomi Poojan for 14 development projects worth ₹127.64 crore.

CM Dr. Mohan Yadav will distribute benefits to beneficiaries under key flagship schemes, including the Mukhyamantri Free Scooter Distribution Scheme, Ladli Laxmi Scholarship, Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana, Rural Livelihood Mission, and the E-Agriculture Mechanization Subsidy Scheme.
As part of the ‘Seva Pakhwada’ campaign, CM Dr. Mohan Yadav will visit a large exhibition showcasing initiatives across multiple departments. The exhibition will feature Products created by self-help groups under the National Rural Livelihood Mission to strengthen the spirit of ‘Vocal for Local’. The exhibition will feature Katni sandstone artworks under the District Trade and Industry Centre’s ‘One District One Product’ initiative. During the event, a special camp by the Health Department for medical check-ups, Ayushman card registration and awareness under the theme Swasth Nari, Sashakta Parivar, screening for non-communicable diseases and display of food items made from Shri Anna (millets) by the Women and Child Development Department, E-screening and an exhibition of assistive devices for Divyangs by the Social Justice Department and activities by the Urban Administration Department highlighting various components of the ‘Swachhata Hi Seva Pakhwada’. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will also take part in the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ and ‘Ek Bagiya Maa Ke Naam’ plantation drives and interact with students in their classrooms.
