PM Modi to Present New Development Projects for Haryana at ‘Jan Vishwas–Jan Vikas’ Programme: CM Nayab Singh Saini
- Beneficiaries of Government Schemes to be Seated Sector-Wise During Programme
Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi will arrive in Haryana on October 17 for the Jan Vishwas–Jan Vikas programme. The Prime Minister will attend the programme at Rai Education City in Sonipat on the occasion of the completion of one year of the Haryana Government’s third term. During this visit, Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi will present the State with new gifts of development.
On arrival at the venue, Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini first inspected the programme site. He gave directions to Deputy Commissioner Sushil Sarwan regarding the main stage and other arrangements. Thereafter, he held a meeting with officials and instructed them to complete all arrangements for the programme within the stipulated time. Interacting with the media, he said that the BJP has formed the government in Haryana for the third time. This government is working non-stop on people’s welfare. In previous governments, government jobs were obtained through ‘kharchi-parchi’, but today jobs are being given on merit.

Detailed briefing taken on arrangements related to the programme
During the meeting of officials, Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini took detailed information about the Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi’s helipad, his route plan, exhibition hangar, seating arrangements on the stage, VIP stage, cultural stage, etc. He instructed the officials that every arrangement should be completed properly. He took information about media seating and gave necessary directions. He took detailed information from Sonipat CP Mamta Singh about traffic arrangements, parking at the programme site, and other police-related aspects and instructed them to perform their duties with vigilance.
Seating of beneficiaries according to scheme-wise sectors
Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that beneficiaries of various schemes will attend this programme. Accordingly, different sectors have been created at the venue for public seating. Officers and employees on duty in those sectors should ensure that the beneficiaries of the schemes are seated according to their assigned sectors. Only those beneficiaries for whom a sector has been designated should be seated in that sector. Provision for their drinking water should also be made.
On this occasion, Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, MLA Nikhil Madan, MLA Krishna Gehlot, MLA Pawan Kharkhoda, BJP State President Mohan Lal Badoli, Mayor Rajiv Jain, Deputy Commissioner Sushil Sarwan, CP Mamta Singh, SMDA CEO A. Mona Srinivas and other guests were present.
