On the sacred occasion of Amla Navami, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai and his wife Kaushalya Sai performed a traditional ritual of worshiping the Amla tree at the Chief Minister’s residence, offering prayers for the health, happiness, and prosperity of the people of Chhattisgarh.
Speaking on the cultural and spiritual significance of the day, Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai said the Amla tree has long been regarded in Indian tradition as a symbol of divinity and healing power. Amla Navami—also known as Akshaya Navami—he noted, conveys the message of wealth, vitality, and enduring prosperity.
