Harjot Singh Bains: The Punjab government has launched a ₹20 crore project to repair and upgrade all internal and approach roads in Sri Anandpur Sahib ahead of the 350th Martyrdom Anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur, Education and Information & Public Relations Minister Harjot Singh Bains said on Friday.
Reviewing works on site, Harjot Singh Bains said key stretches from Virasat‑e‑Khalsa to Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib, Bus Stand to Bhagat Ravidas Chowk, and Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib to VIP Road have been relaid, while remaining links are being completed on a war footing. He added that all access routes will be ready well before the commemorative events to ensure smooth movement for large inflows of devotees.
