CM Yogi reviews development projects in Moradabad and Sambhal, warns officials to ensure timely implementation of government schemes, roads, bridges, and housing projects.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted a review of development projects in Moradabad and Sambhal, emphasizing that officials are responsible for ensuring the timely execution of government schemes. He highlighted that significant funds have been allocated to multiple projects in these districts, and authorities must ensure these schemes reach the intended beneficiaries.
Following a meeting with local representatives and officials in the Moradabad division, CM Yogi held a separate five-minute discussion with district officials at the Circuit House. During this brief session, he provided guidance, issued warnings, and stressed the importance of monitoring ongoing projects.
He underscored that various development initiatives, including road construction, bridges, and housing schemes, remain pending in Moradabad and Sambhal. The CM clarified that it is the officials’ duty to complete all these projects on time, and any delays will not be tolerated. Officials also shared confidential updates about the progress of local projects during the meeting.
CM Yogi further stressed that implementing central and state government schemes is the responsibility of local authorities. After the meeting, the CM departed for Ghaziabad by helicopter without taking breakfast due to a tight schedule. High-ranking officials, including DIG Muniraj, DM Anuj Singh, SSP Satpal Antil, CDO Mrinali Avinash Joshi, MDA Vice-Chairman Anubhav Singh, and SP City Kumar Ranvijay Singh, were present during the discussion.

Demand for Road Construction at Subhash Park
Earlier on Monday, BJP leaders submitted a memorandum to CM Yogi demanding the construction of a road connecting Station Road, Bilari Nagar, to Subhash Park via Prajapati Banquet Hall and SMS Vaidh Ji School. According to party officials, the existing road is damaged and full of potholes, making it difficult for local residents to commute safely.
CM Advises Representatives to Inspect Constituencies
CM Yogi also advised elected representatives to personally inspect their areas to monitor the implementation of government projects. He emphasized that with elections approaching, leaders must ensure that government benefits reach the intended beneficiaries. Party workers will also collect relevant data from local areas, and booth-level leaders have been instructed to play an active role in monitoring schemes under the SIR (State Implementation Report).
Red Carpet Preparations Left Unused
During his visit, municipal officials had arranged for CM Yogi to visit the under-construction War Memorial at Buddhi Vihar, including laying a red carpet. However, the CM did not attend the site, leaving all preparations unused, which caused disappointment among the organizers.
