Enhancing School Monitoring with Cutting-Edge Technology

The Atal Command Centre, located at the Uttar Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board office, is a key tool in monitoring and managing the educational activities of the Atal Residential Schools. The centre is equipped with 203 advanced CCTV cameras at each school to create a blind-spot-free security system. These cameras enable continuous, live monitoring of all activities, enhancing safety and accountability on school campuses.

Real-Time Monitoring and Administrative Efficiency

The command centre plays a pivotal role in overseeing attendance, staff presence, administrative operations, and financial activities. To further streamline operations, a QR code-based attendance system has been introduced to eliminate errors and maintain strict monitoring of staff and student attendance.

Additionally, the Academic Performance Analysis System is one of the most sophisticated features of the centre. This system evaluates students’ real-time academic progress, categorizing them as bright, average, or weak, and records subject-wise performance. This real-time analysis allows immediate intervention, ensuring students receive the targeted academic support they need.

Digital Profiles and Online Connectivity

The Atal Command Centre also maintains digital profiles of all school staff, including details of their qualifications, duty records, and performance. The system allows for online meetings between principals, teachers, and education officials across the state, making administrative processes faster and more efficient.
