Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Dhami traveled by car to Muzaffarnagar due to Republic Day preparations in Delhi and then flew to Dehradun via helicopter. Full details here.
Due to Republic Day preparations in Delhi, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami was unable to take his scheduled helicopter flight from the capital. As a result, he traveled by car to Muzaffarnagar before boarding a helicopter to Dehradun.
CM Pushkar Dhami reached Muzaffarnagar by car and proceeded to the police lines, where he was warmly received by State Minister Kapil Dev Agrawal and former MLA Umesh Malik. Following the reception, the Chief Minister boarded a helicopter from the police lines and departed for Dehradun.
According to Kapil Dev Agrawal, the helicopter could not operate from Delhi due to ongoing Republic Day arrangements. Therefore, CM Pushkar Dhami first made the journey by road to Muzaffarnagar and then continued his travel to Dehradun by helicopter, ensuring he reached his destination safely and on time.
This alternate travel arrangement underscores the logistical challenges faced during high-profile national events like Republic Day, where airspace restrictions often require government officials to adapt their travel plans.
