Incident Details
The incident took place on January 18, when two bullets were fired at the Nalanda Society in Oshiwara. One bullet struck a second-floor flat belonging to a writer-director, while another landed on the fourth floor, where a model resides. Thankfully, no injuries were reported in the incident.
An 18-member police team, led by Senior Inspector Sanjay Chavan, along with multiple crime branch units, conducted a detailed investigation to trace the source of the bullets.
Investigation and Arrest
Initially, CCTV footage from the area yielded no leads, making it difficult for investigators to identify the culprit. However, forensic analysis later indicated that the bullets may have been fired from KRK’s residential bungalow, prompting police to focus on him as the prime suspect.
DCP Dikshit Gedam of Zone 9 confirmed the arrest, stating that KRK cooperated during questioning and acknowledged that the shots came from his licensed gun. The authorities have emphasized that further investigation is ongoing to complete all legal formalities.
This arrest has once again brought KRK into the spotlight, as the actor has previously been involved in several controversies in Bollywood and on social media.
