Dr Balbir Singh held a meeting in Patiala on democracy and vote security, stressing protection of voter rights and democratic values.

A key meeting was held in Patiala with party colleagues to discuss the current political situation and issues related to the protection of democracy and voting rights. The discussion focused on strengthening democratic values and safeguarding citizens’ rights.

During the meeting, Aam Aadmi Party leader Dr. Balbir Singh emphasized that protecting democratic principles and citizen rights is extremely important for the country. He said that efforts must be made to ensure that every citizen’s voice is respected in the democratic process.

He also alleged that in some states, there are attempts to influence voter rights and suppress public voices under the name of processes like SIR. However, he made it clear that such efforts will not be allowed to succeed in Punjab.

Dr. Balbir Singh stated that the party’s teams are actively working at the grassroots level and remain fully committed to ensuring the protection of every single vote. He added that safeguarding the electoral process is a top priority for the organization.

He further reiterated that the Aam Aadmi Party has always stood for the Constitution, democracy, and public rights, and will continue to work in the same direction in the future as well.
