Punjab Cabinet Minister Harpal Singh Cheema distributed appointment letters to newly appointed Anganwadi workers at the Dhuri Complex and congratulated them on their selection.

Speaking on the occasion, Cheema highlighted the importance of initiatives focused on women empowerment and self-reliance. The newly appointed Anganwadi workers expressed gratitude to the Mann government for providing them with this opportunity and assured that they would perform their responsibilities with honesty and dedication.

Harpal Singh Cheema said that the Punjab government remains committed to creating opportunities that help women become financially and socially self-reliant. He emphasised that strengthening women through employment and public-service opportunities is an important part of the government’s broader approach.
