According to the lawsuit, Fatehi recorded the videos while travelling in a Cessna Citation CJ2 aircraft on a Mumbai-Jaipur flight in December last year.

The aviation company claims that after the social media posts, it witnessed a 15–20% decline in bookings along with an increase in cancellations.

Dunes Aviation has stated that the aircraft was appropriately sized for the journey, DGCA-certified, airworthy and operated legally under a valid NSOP.

Apart from monetary damages, Dunes Aviation has asked the court to order the removal of social media content containing the alleged statements and references to the aircraft.
