Haryana extends Contract Employees registration deadline to September 30, 2026, with DDO verification by October 15 and department verification by October 31.
The Haryana government has extended the deadlines for the registration and verification of eligible Contract Employees under the Haryana Contract Employees (Service Security) Act, 2024 and the related Rules, 2025. The decision is aimed at giving eligible workers additional time to complete the required formalities.
According to the revised schedule, eligible Contract Employees can now register their details through the designated web portal until September 30, 2026. The extension provides more time for employees who have not yet completed the registration process.
DDO Verification Deadline Extended
After registration, applications will undergo verification by the concerned Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs). Under the revised timeline, DDOs will have to complete the verification of applications by October 15, 2026.

The verification stage is an important part of the process as applications submitted by eligible Contract Employees will move forward only after the required checks are completed by the designated authorities.
Department Heads Get Time Until October 31
Following the DDO-level verification, applications will be forwarded to the respective heads of departments. The concerned department heads have been given time until October 31, 2026, to complete the next stage of verification.
The revised timeline is expected to help ensure that eligible Contract Employees get adequate time to complete registration and that officials can process applications through the prescribed verification stages without unnecessary pressure.
