Blessy, the film’s director, received positive reviews from critics when it debuted. Praise has been showered onto Prithviraj Sukumaran for his outstanding performance in the movie. And now his work has impressed the audience as well. Aadujeevitham – The Goat Life reportedly made over Rs 30 crore at the box office during its first weekend of release.
In four days, the movie brought in an estimated ₹30.1 crore net in India. Aadujeevitham: The Goat Life made ₹7.6 crore nett in India on day 1 (all languages combined); on day 2, it brought in an additional ₹6.25 crore at the domestic box office. In Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi, the movie brought in ₹ 7.75 crore net on the third day in India. Aadujeevitham: On Sunday, the Goat Life’s total Malayalam occupancy was 79.92 percent.

Najeeb Muhammad’s life is the basis for Aadujeevitham: The Goat Life. Prithviraj Sukumaran plays Najeeb in the movie, which tells the story of a Kerala migrant laborer who becomes a goat herder on a remote Saudi Arabian farm through forced labor.
