In the history of Rajasthan, a golden moment was marked when, at the request of Governor Shri Bagde, Smt. Somti, a resident of Bhilon ka Bas in Ramdevra, released the book “Abhyuday Ki Ore” on Monday, showcasing one year of his tenure.
Governor Shri Bagde dedicated his first year in office to the welfare of tribals, underprivileged, and rural communities. His wish was that the book highlighting his year’s work be unveiled at a sacred place of people’s faith, by the hands of a woman. For this, Somti Devi of Ramdevra was chosen.
The Governor explained that “Abhyuday Ki Ore” signifies universal welfare, collective progress, and equal upliftment for all. He also expressed gratitude to Somti Devi for launching the book.
It is noteworthy that Governor Bagde celebrated his one-year tenure in Rajasthan at the tribal gram panchayat Bilwan Kotda in Udaipur district, where he spent the night with the tribal community and interacted with them.
