In India, the romantic musical drama collected around ₹152.5 crore net (≈₹183 crore gross). Overseas, it brought in approximately USD 4.3 million (≈₹37 crore gross), pushing the worldwide total to nearly ₹220 crore by the sixth day.
From Day 1, Saiyaara defied expectations with a strong opening estimated at ₹21–22 crore net. It surged to a record-setting ₹83 crore weekend haul—making it one of the highest opening weekends of 2025 for a debut-led romance. The film hit the ₹100 crore mark in just four days, with Monday collections of ₹22.5 crore, pushing the domestic total to ₹105.75 crore.
Following weekdays held up impressively: Tuesday and Wednesday saw ₹24–26 crore each, with Day 6 alone contributing about ₹21 crore—an achievement rare for films without established stars. These strong weekday numbers have helped it overtake major blockbusters like Pathaan, Jawan, Kesari 2, and Jaat in momentum and performance.
Industry experts now anticipate Saiyaara will join the ₹300 crore global club by its second weekend, with lifetime projections ranging from ₹500–600 crore.
This phenomenal success has rapidly transformed Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda into overnight sensations. Their debut, backed by Mohit Suri’s direction and Yash Raj Films’ support, is setting new benchmarks for romance-driven, newcomer-led cinema in 2025.
