Anta By-Election 2025: CM Bhajanlal Sharma to hold a major roadshow in Mangrol with former CM Vasundhara Raje and BJP leaders. Check complete election route and updates.
As the Anta Assembly by-election 2025 approaches, political campaigning is gaining momentum. In a major development, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma is set to arrive in Anta for a high-profile roadshow on Thursday, just four days before the polling date.
For this roadshow, a special chariot has been prepared. Alongside the Chief Minister, former CM Vasundhara Raje, state BJP president Madan Rathore, MP Dushyant Singh, and BJP candidate Morpala Suman will also ride, sending a strong message of party unity and election preparedness.
Voting Schedule and Election Context
The Anta by-election is scheduled for 11 November 2025, with results expected on 14 November 2025. Earlier delays in announcing the BJP candidate had triggered speculation about internal divisions within the party, and opposition parties have repeatedly accused BJP of being fragmented. The presence of CM Bhajanlal Sharma in the roadshow is expected to boost party morale and mobilize voter support.
Roadshow Route and Program
CM Bhajanlal Sharma will reach Mangrol by helicopter at 12 PM. From Subhash Chowk, the roadshow will move through Azad Chowk and conclude at Siswali Tiraha. BJP workers and supporters will welcome the leaders with drums, music, and flower showers, creating a festive atmosphere. The Chief Minister will remain in Mangrol until 4 PM and is expected to engage in election discussions with key party leaders.
Vasundhara Raje Takes Charge of Campaign
Since the BJP candidate announcement, no senior leader had visited Anta until 3 November, except state president Madan Rathore. On Tuesday, former CM Vasundhara Raje took charge of the election campaign, conducting meetings with party workers from Siswali and Anta city divisions. Prior to this, Dushyant Singh, MP of Jhalawar-Baran, had been actively campaigning in the region.
Vasundhara Raje’s Key Message
During the campaign, Vasundhara Raje stated, “Morpala has the full support of me and Dushyant Singh. If Morpala wins, the people will have three representatives, ensuring local issues are resolved efficiently. This election is a contest between people’s power and financial power. The people’s strength is with us, and I have always seen that victory belongs to public support.”
The upcoming roadshow in Mangrol is expected to be a major highlight of the BJP’s campaign in the Anta by-election, energizing workers and signaling the party’s united front to voters.
