Athiya Shetty Pregnancy: Suniel Shetty was taunted by host Bharti Singh about becoming a “nana” (grandfather). He replied, “Yes, when I come (On Dance Deewane), I will be walking on the stage like a nana,” which gave rise to reports that Athiya was expecting. Athiya and KL Rahul, however, have not responded to these rumors.

Speaking of his daughter and son-in-law, Suniel Shetty called himself KL Rahul’s father. “Father, I don’t know what a father-in-law does; I was his fan; there’s a relationship today, but I loved Rahul, like I do a lot of young talent,” he revealed. Even throughout my peak acting years, I have always enjoyed attending to see talented people perform. I would visit Wankhede to see the performances of the youth.”
He went on, “I thought Rahul was a terrific child when I watched him play, and then I found out he was from my backyard; he’s from Mangalore. I was a fan and I am a proud father now, and I am really happy of everything that kids from little places accomplish. I am familiar with every action he makes, just as he is with himself.”
