Article 370 Box Office Collection Day 3
Tickets for Yami Gautam’s film “Article 370” sold out significantly more during its opening weekend.
“Article 370,” the eagerly awaited movie starring Priyamani and Yami Gautam, has performed remarkably well at the box office since its premiere. An official report from the film production states that on Sunday, the movie made a significant profit of Rs 10.25 crore. With this, its total domestic revenue reached a noteworthy Rs 25.45 crore.
“Article 370” began its theatrical run with a respectable Rs 6.12 crore first day take, and it saw a noteworthy uptick on Saturday, earning Rs 9.08 crore, a stunning gain from its opening. This encouraging trend persisted on Sunday, which helped the movie’s overall box office performance.
With a big heart, Yami shared the movie’s box office receipts and added, “We are so grateful for your love and support of our little film.”
“Article 370” held its own at the box office despite earning mixed reviews; this was mostly due to the film’s release falling on “Cinema Lovers Day,” when tickets were lowered to Rs 99. During a rally in Jammu on February 20, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also mentioned the movie and stressed how important it is for giving viewers factual information.
Important parts are played by Kiran Karmarkar and Arun Govil in the Aditya Suhas Jambhale-directed movie, which is also produced by Aditya Dhar and B62 Studios. The movie explores the counterterrorism efforts that were conducted in Kashmir after Article 370 was lifted.
‘Article 370’ Vs ‘Crakk’
With Vidyut Jammwal and Nora Fatehi in the action-packed movie “Crakk,” “Article 370” held a competitive advantage over the weekend. After collecting Rs 2.40 crore on Sunday, “Crakk” now has a total domestic earnings of Rs 8.80 crore, a substantial amount less than “Article 370.”
