Yogendra Singh, Deputy Manager and In-Charge (Guest House), was given the certificate by SM Ramanathan, Executive Director, BHEL, Bhopal, on Monday following a comprehensive audit of the guest house by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. Moreover in attendance on this occasion were Vinodanand Jha, Additional General Manager (Publicity and Public Relations), & Sh. B.K. Singh, General Manager (HR).
Speaking during the event, Ramanathan stated that the BHEL Guest House is a crucial component of the business, prioritizing our clients and guests. The personnel at the guest house and the amenities offered here play a critical part in improving the company’s reputation. A step towards the certification of the guest house’s amenities is the certificate that the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India issued following an assessment of the guest house’s amenities, catering, cleanliness, and other aspects. However, in addition to this, we must always work to give our guests improved amenities. He praised the Guest House staff as well as the publicity and public relations division on their accomplishment.
