Bhupinder Singh Hooda: Congress manifesto will serve as a guide to ensure justice

Congress manifesto

Congress manifesto: Bhupinder Singh Hooda, the former chief minister and leader of the opposition, praised the Congress today for its “Nyay Patra” electoral platform, saying it will serve as a guide for guaranteeing justice and equitable participation for all facets of society. During the election campaign, he urged party officials and members to introduce the “Nyay Patra” to the general population.

He expressed his satisfaction that it included recommendations from his committee on how to better the lot of farmers, as discussed in the party’s Udaipur and Raipur conventions. He sent his appreciation to the manifesto committee and senior command of the party.

According to him, the Congress granted the farmers’ greatest wish—a legal guarantee of the minimum support price (MSP) and a forgiveness of their loans. In addition, the manifesto proposes to give every woman from a financially disadvantaged background an annual aid of Rs 1 lakh in addition to a daily wage of Rs 400 for MGNREGA workers.

Hooda claimed that the party had included 25 promises in the manifesto to carry out the statement of fairness and justice for workers, farmers, women, and youth that was made during the “Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra” led by former party president Rahul Gandhi.

The party has promised rapid permanent appointment to thirty lakh government posts under the Youth Justice Scheme in an effort to reduce the rising rate of unemployment in the nation and state. In addition, the “Nyay Patra” mentioned the provision of start-up funds for youth at the district level from the national fund of Rs 5,000 crore, a guarantee of apprenticeship with a stipend of Rs 1 lakh per year to every graduate and diploma holder, and a guarantee of conducting examinations in a reliable manner by making new law to stop paper leaks.

MANOHAR LAL KHATTAR, THE FORMER CHIEF MINISTER, IS STEPPING UP HIS ELECTION CAMPAIGN IN KARNAL.

In an effort to preserve socioeconomic parity, the party declared that every individual would be included in a caste census. The “Nyay Patra”‘s section on constitutional justice was expanded to include topics like defending democracy, removing fear from one’s life, media and judicial independence, and fighting corruption. Subjects ranging from economy to art and culture have been mentioned in the manifesto.
