Taking forward the policy of “Digital Governance – Transparent Solution,” the state government has now taken an innovative initiative to update the service information of the employees through a mobile app. This effort reflects the vision of the Chief Minister Shri Sai that every employee’s convenience, respect and rights are protected through a fast, simple and reliable system. In this sequence, the hassle of overturning the files for the CR of about 4 lakh government employees of the state has now ended. The profile of the employees will now be updated on the Employee Corner mobile app. There will be no problem at the time of retirement, promotion, salary discrepancy, etc.
According to the new system, it will now be mandatory to load and update the profile of the employees on the Personnel Estate Portal. For this, the Employee Corner Mobile App and web portal have been developed. This new system of Directorate Fund and Accounts has been implemented with immediate effect. This system will prove to be very helpful in keeping the service horoscope of the employees updated. Although the Employee Property Module has been in use since 2019, this new digital platform will provide employees with quick and convenient access to their personal and service-related information.
Director Finance and Accounts Mr. Ritesh Agarwal said that it has been found that most of the employees on the Personnel Estate Portal do not update their information, due to which they have to face many kinds of problems at the time of retirement. It is the responsibility of the head of the office to update the personal information in the personnel property module, but due to the time it takes, difficulties arise. To solve these problems, the Employee Corner Mobile App has been developed, which allows employees to update their information by logging in themselves.
Now there will be no dependence on the head of the office for service related information, change of nominee, change of bank account, etc., which will also reduce unnecessary delays. Transparency and progress in transfers, pay fixation, promotions and other administrative work will be ensured. At the same time, it will be possible to quickly resolve the cases of benefits received during service and after retirement such as etc., as the related data will remain updated.

The service related applications received from the employees will be disposed of by the competent authority in a time bound manner. With the update of the module, the problems related to salary discrepancy will be reduced. Also, arrangements have been made to submit the final GPF claim completely online in the Accountant General’s office after the retirement of government employees. This will significantly reduce the time taken to resolve the claim.
In addition, an online GPF Credit Missing Module has also been developed to enable office heads and staff to make online correction of missing GPF entries during service period.
