Bihar News: Rescue operations continued late into the night, according to Kahalgaon SDPO Shivanand Singh, and the injured people are reportedly in severe condition.
In the Bhagalpur district of Bihar on Monday night, a truck collided with an SUV, resulting in six fatalities and three injuries, including a ten-year-old child. About 11.30 p.m., the event happened on the Bhagalpur-Kahalgaon national highway-80 close to Aamapur village, which is within the jurisdiction of the Ghogha police station.
Bihar News: Preliminary reports state that the event happened as the Scorpio car’s occupants were traveling from Munger to Peerpainti to attend a wedding. The truck that was transporting the stone chips fell on top of the Scorpio, leaving it coated in rubble.

“We were traveling from Haveli Kharagpur in Munger to Shrimatpur hamlet in Pirpainti. Abruptly, a vehicle approaching from the other direction flipped over, leaving the Scorpio completely covered with chunks of stone. One of the injured, Anup Das, told reporters that “locals came to the rescue and the police rushed us to the hospital.” The ambulance arrived at the scene two hours after the event.
