The Grammy-winning pop star wrapped up the UK and European leg of her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour with two sold-out shows at the 3Arena — but it wasn’t just the music that sparked conversation.

While speaking to the crowd between songs, Billie Eilish made what appeared to be a light-hearted comment about her and the audience’s complexion:
“Obviously, I am not from here, but it’s really cool to come somewhere and everybody looks exactly like you, and you’re all just as pasty as me.”
