Chhattisgarh CM Vishnu : Four players from Surguja represented Chhattisgarh in the Professional National Kick Boxing League held in Coorg, Karnataka from 10 to 14 November and won 2 gold and one silver and bronze medal each and hoisted the flag of Chhattisgarh in this national competitionThese medal winning players met Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai at his residence office and informed him about their achievements. The Chief Minister encouraged these players and wished them all the best for their bright future.
In this competition organized by WACO India Kick Boxing Federation, Swati Rajwade of Surguja won gold medal in less than 60 kg weight category, Sarwar Ekka won gold medal in less than 50 kg weight category, Satyam Sahu won silver medal in less than 70 kg weight category and Sanjana Minz has won the bronze medal in the less than 50 kg weight category.
On this occasion, Kick Boxing Association of Chhattisgarh President Mr. Chhagan Lal Mundra, Executive President Mr. Tarkesh Mishra, Secretary Mr. Akash Guru Diwan and team coach Mr. Khilavan Das were present.
