CM Vishnu Deo Sai : Construction of paved road from Dumrpadav to Jagada in remote forest area of Mainpur in Gariaband initiated
Under the efficient and sensitive leadership of CM Vishnu Deo Sai, the development of paved road has started in the Naxal-affected remote forest areas of Mainpur development block of Gariaband district.
As per information, a fund of Rs 3.02 crore has been approved for the construction of 4.7 km long road from Dumrpadav to Jagada on National Highway 130C. The villagers, who have been demanding a road for decades, have expressed their gratitude to CM Vishnu Deo Sai for this historic initiative. Thousands of people from a dozen villages of the area were deprived of transportation and health facilities due to lack of this road. Now with the construction of this road, there is hope of positive change in their lives.
Villagers Express Gratitude as CM Vishnu Deo Sai for addressing long-standing road demand after 75 years of independence. Sarpanch Mithula Bai Netam, Deputy Sarpanch Bhanu Pratap Sinha, and other villagers commend the Chief Minister for fulfilling their long-awaited request, highlighting his prompt action and sensitivity towards their concerns.
It is noteworthy that villages like Payalikhand and Jangra, 40 km away from Mainpur development block headquarters of Gariaband district, are now going to be connected with a paved road. CM Vishnu Deo Sai government has approved this road construction work from Special Central Assistance Fund. Road construction will not only facilitate transportation, but villagers will also be able to get the benefit of facilities like health, education and electricity. This road is being built under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana. The road construction work under construction at a cost of Rs 3.02 crore is expected to be completed soon. There is great enthusiasm among the villagers of the area due to the start of construction of paved road.
The villagers said that this road will pave the way for development and progress for them and considering this as an outcome of good governance. CM Vishnu Deo Sai has ensured the reach of development to inaccessible areas. Through this road construction, not only have the villagers got relief, but the way has also been paved for improving their standard of living.
