Chhattisgarh NEWS : In a landmark achievement, the remote village of Timenar in Bijapur district has been electrified for the first time in 77 years since independence under the Chief Minister’s Majra-Tola Electrification Scheme. This significant milestone marks the decline of Maoist influence and the beginning of an era of development, peace, and progress in the region.
Fear has given way to light, and despair has turned into hope in Timenar. With all 53 households now fully electrified, the village is experiencing an unparalleled sense of joy and optimism.
For generations, the villagers of Timenar, a part of Bechapal Gram Panchayat in Bhairamgarh Block, lived without electricity. However, with the government’s steadfast dedication to development, essential public welfare schemes are now reaching these remote areas, integrating them into mainstream society.
