In a groundbreaking move to transform the state’s education system, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Friday distributed laptops to government school students as part of Ludhiana administration’s digital education initiative.
Addressing the event, the Chief Minister expressed his delight over the program’s focus on empowering students with essential digital tools for success. He emphasized that these laptops are a step toward democratizing digital education while ensuring security and accessibility for all learners. Chief Minister Bhagwant highlighted that the Prime Book 4G laptops, recognized as the world’s most affordable, have been introduced in the first phase of the initiative and are specifically designed for students.
Equipped with the Ei PAL Mindspark software module, which offers personalized and adaptive learning, these laptops are being distributed across 14 government schools in Ludhiana district. Chief Minister Bhagwant described the project as a transformative effort to expand digital education access, enabling students from all backgrounds to benefit from advanced technology.
