Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav : Pays tribute by visiting the residence
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has expressed deep condolences on the demise of Smt. Sumitra Devi Mehta, mother of senior journalist, columnist and storyteller Pt. Vijay Shankar Mehta. The CM reached Shri Mehta’s residence on Thursday morning and paid tribute to the departed soul. Late Smt. Mehta was 90 years old.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav garlanded and paid floral tribute to the picture of late Sumitra Devi. He said that the life of late Sumitra Devi was a symbol of simplicity, service and culture. Her life values will always remain a source of inspiration. CM Dr. Yadav engaged in a heartfelt conversation with the family of the late Smt. Mehta, expressing his condolences and consoling everyone.
