CM Bhajan Lal Sharma said that the State Government is committed to provide better facilities and services to every citizen of the State as per the high standards of good governance. Fulfillment of people’s aspirations and speedy redressal of their grievances is the focus of our suraj.
Sharma held a regular public hearing at the Chief Minister’s residence on Monday. He personally met each of the complainants and listened to their grievances and gave necessary directions to the officers for redressal of the problems.
Resolve problems on time, give regular information for follow-up
CM Bhajan Lal Sharma directed the officials to ensure timely redressal of all grievances. At the same time, the officers should do the work related to the public with full responsibility. The Chief Minister also directed the officials to list each and every episode and ensure their follow up and inform the complainants. He said that strict action should be taken against the erring officials.
CM Bhajan Lal Sharma said that many problems of the people were solved on the spot. People seemed satisfied with the quick redressal of their grievances. The problems of the poor, farmers, women and youth were addressed on priority by the Chief Minister in the public hearing. At the same time, the grievances of every needy, including the disabled and the elderly, were resolved and they were given relief.
Jagdish to undertake free religious yatra, thanks Chief Minister
At the public hearing, Jagdish Prasad, a specially-abled person from Bikaner, told CM Bhajan Lal Sharma that he had to visit religious places but was unable to fulfil his wish due to financial constraints. On this, the Chief Minister directed the officials to provide free visit to religious places to Shri Jagdish. Jagdish expressed his gratitude to Mr. Sharma for resolving his problem on the spot.
CM Bhajan Lal Sharma listened to the grievances of the people of various departments including and resolved them on the spot.
