CM Bhajan Lal Sharma has expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways Shri Nitin Gadkari for sanctioning Rs.
This amount has been sanctioned by the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways for 40 State road projects of about 1000 km length under the Central Road Infrastructure Fund (CRIF). These include 31 major district roads, 8 state highways and one other district road. With the sanctioned amount, strengthening and widening of these road sections will be taken up.
CM Bhajan Lal said that under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Central and State Governments are continuously working to strengthen the infrastructure of the country and the State. He said that the road system has an important role to play in realising the resolve of developed Rajasthan. The expansion and strengthening of roads will enable smoother transportation, thereby giving impetus to industrial development.
