CM Dr. Mohan Yadav addresses Rajyotsav ceremony on Chhattisgarh Foundation Day
CM Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh are moving towards development while preserving the common culture. He said that both the states of Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh are like brothers. Both states share similar culture, ideas and nationalist sentiments. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing Chhattisgarh Foundation Day celebrations Rajyotsav as the chief guest in Raipur. Remembering former Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna Late Atal Behari Vajpayee, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Chhattisgarh emerged under his able leadership. He took the decision after assessing the immense possibilities of development of Chhattisgarh state. Today Chhattisgarh is a leading state in all areas including forestry and mining. New dimensions of development are being created in the entire state. Now under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Modi, the double engine government is moving forward on the path of development at a fast pace.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the holy land of Chhattisgarh is related to Lord Shri Ram and Shri Krishna. Mata Kaushalya and Mata Shabari have also saved this land. The glorious incident of Lord Shri Ram eating the Ber from Mata Shabari makes the tribal culture proud. It is noteworthy that all these states of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Gujarat contain within themselves the spiritual stories of Lord Shri Ram and Shri Krishna. Our government will work together to familiarize the future generation with the glorious past. Along with the Shri Ram Van Gaman Path, built on the footsteps of Lord Shri Ram, places related to Lord Shri Krishna will also be developed as pilgrimage sites Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated the Chhattisgarh Rajyotsav ceremony by lighting the lamp and playing Dev Nagada. On this occasion, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma and Shri Arun Sao, Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh and MP Shri Brajmohan Aggarwal and other public representatives, social workers, artists and senior citizens were present.
