CM Dr. Yadav said that the government is working with the vision of ensuring the light of development reaches every citizen. He said, “We are moving forward rapidly on the path of progress, taking everyone along at every step”. He stated that the Rs. 155 crore development projects in Ujjain will transform the city’s landscape and bring lasting benefits to a large section of the population. These projects will also significantly ease the movement of lakhs of devotees during the Simhastha Mahakumbh in 2028. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said, “This is just a glimpse — the full picture of development is yet to come, adding that development is taking place across the entire state. “Along with the nation, our Madhya Pradesh too is transforming. Every corner of the state is blossoming with the winds of progress”.
CM Dr. Yadav said, referring to the ongoing development works in Ujjain district that the state’s reconstruction will continue with the collective support of the people. The Chief Minister was addressing a program held on Sunday at Kalidas Academy in Ujjain for the Bhoomi-Poojan and inauguration of various construction projects. He performed the Bhoomi-Poojan and inaugurated eight new bridges and two new roads worth nearly Rs. 155 crore, after Deep-Prajjwalan and performed Kanya Pujan.
CM Dr. Yadav said, “This is just a glimpse, the full picture of development is yet to unfold”. He said that Madhya Pradesh is transforming the rest of the nation. Every corner of the state is blossoming with the winds of progress. Highlighting the importance of public participation in the state’s reconstruction, he assured that the development journey would continue with the support of all.
The local sisters presented a grand rakhi to CM Dr. Yadav. He expressed heartfelt gratitude and reaffirmed the government’s commitment to upholding the dignity and self-reliance of women through continuous innovations.
CM Dr. Yadav also launched the patriotic spirit for the upcoming Independence Day by waving the national flag and announcing the statewide campaign — “Har Ghar Tiranga, Har Ghar Swachchata: Swatantrata Ka Utsav, Swachchata Ke Sang”. The campaign will run in three phases from August 2 to August 15. It will include a range of activities across the state, promoting both patriotism and cleanliness.
The Chief Minister praised Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s visionary leadership, stating that under his guidance, the country has gained global respect and a new momentum of development. He cited the success of “Operation Sindoor” as a strong reply to Pakistan and commended the role of the legislature, judiciary, and Election Commission in strengthening India’s democratic institutions. CM Dr. Yadav condemned those who repeatedly question democratic values, stating that the nation will not tolerate such negativity.
MLAs Shri Anil Jain Kaluheda and Shri Satish Malviya lauded CM Dr. Yadav’s leadership, saying a new era of development has begun in Madhya Pradesh under his stewardship. Mayor Shri Mukesh Tatwal, Municipal Chairperson Sushri Kalavati, other public representatives and a large number of citizens were present at the event.
