CM Mohan Yadav Issues Directives During Review Meeting on Departmental Action Plan
CM Mohan Yadav presided over a review meeting at the Secretariat on Tuesday to assess the progress of departmental action plans and their financial allocations. He conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the ongoing initiatives, emphasizing the need for efficient execution.
CM Mohan Yadav stressed the importance of utilizing 100% of the allocated budget within the current financial year while adhering to strict financial discipline. He instructed departments to align financial provisions for the upcoming fiscal year with their respective scheme targets. Additionally, he directed officials to complete all assigned projects within the specified timeframe to ensure seamless development.
Addressing healthcare priorities, CM Mohan Yadav instructed the Principal Secretary of Public Health and Medical Education to closely monitor the Ayushman Niramayam Scheme. He emphasized the need for swift issuance of Ayushman cards to all eligible individuals, ensuring no delays in providing healthcare benefits.
Reviewing various welfare schemes, CM Mohan Yadav urged officials to maintain regular monitoring and ensure timely implementation. He emphasized that public welfare programs must not be delayed and that government benefits should reach the people without hindrance. He also called for enhanced coordination among departments to facilitate smooth execution and timely approvals for capital projects.
CM Mohan Yadav highlighted the need for equitable distribution of financial resources, ensuring that all schemes comply with financial regulations. He urged officers to adopt a result-oriented approach, working with dedication to achieve timely implementation of government initiatives.
CM Mohan Yadav also emphasized the importance of expediting policy decision-making to accelerate the state’s overall development while maximizing financial efficiency. During the meeting, departmental officials presented updates on their respective action plans and discussed targets for the upcoming financial year.
The meeting was attended by School Education and Transport Minister Shri Uday Pratap Singh, Minister of State for Skill Development and Employment (Independent Charge) Shri Gautam Tetwal, Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain, Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister’s Office Dr. Rajesh Rajoura, Additional Chief Secretary for Higher Education Shri Anupam Rajan, along with Principal Secretaries and Secretaries from various departments, including Public Health, Urban Development, Housing, School Education, Technical Education, and Skill Development.
