CM Mohan Yadav stated that the government is actively working to preserve and enhance sites linked to Lord Shri Ram’s journey across the state. Additionally, under the ‘Shri Krishna Pathey Yojana,’ efforts are being made to develop locations associated with Lord Shri Krishna’s divine plays into pilgrimage destinations. As part of this initiative, ₹1 crore has been allocated for the development of Karila Dham to improve essential facilities for devotees.
During his visit to Karila Dham in Ashoknagar on Wednesday, CM Mohan Yadav offered prayers to Maa Janaki, seeking blessings for the prosperity of Madhya Pradesh. He also participated in the Rangpanchami celebrations, playing Holi with flowers alongside devotees.
CM Mohan Yadav stressed the importance of enhancing facilities at Karila Dham and strengthening the management of its annual fair. He shared his vision of elevating the Karila Dham fair to a nationally recognized event and outlined future plans, including shaded pathways for devotees traveling to and from the shrine.
Recognizing the historical and cultural significance of Chanderi, CM Mohan Yadav announced plans to restore its forts in a grand manner, acknowledging their connection to Lord Shri Krishna.
“Lord Shri Ram’s Life is an Inspiration for Society”
CM Mohan Yadav highlighted the values exemplified by Lord Shri Ram, Maa Janaki, and the Raghu clan, stating that their ideals continue to guide and inspire society. He emphasized the spiritual significance of Karila Dham, which attracts devotees time and again. Speaking about the traditional Rai dance, he suggested that during the time of Lav-Kush’s birth, this dance might have been known as ‘Raghurai Nritya.’
Madhya Pradesh Aims to Become India’s Leading Milk Producer
Reaffirming the government’s commitment to supporting farmers, the Chief Minister announced a ₹175 per quintal bonus on wheat procurement, raising the total price to ₹2,600 per quintal. Additionally, paddy farmers will receive a subsidy of ₹4,000 per hectare.
To boost milk production, the government is launching the ‘Gopal Yojana,’ which will provide financial assistance to individuals rearing more than ten cows. A cooperative-based incentive of ₹5 per litre of milk will also be introduced. Currently ranked third in milk production, Madhya Pradesh aims to secure the top position in the country.
Historic Budget for Farmers, the Poor, and Youth
CM Mohan Yadav highlighted the state’s ₹4.21 lakh crore budget, which addresses the needs of various sections of society. He assured that housing schemes for both rural and urban areas would be expedited to benefit all eligible individuals. A re-survey is also being conducted to ensure no deserving person is left out.

CM Mohan Yadav expressed that invoking the names of Lord Shri Ram and Shri Krishna brings immense joy and spiritual energy. He credited the faith and participation of Madhya Pradesh’s people for the success of grand celebrations like Rangpanchami.
