CM Mohan Yadav took action against 20 negligent officers and employees based on complaints received through Samadhan Online. Additionally, a contractor responsible for disruptions in the drinking water supply was penalized. Dr. Yadav personally monitored the resolution of long-pending cases registered on the CM Helpline during the Samadhan Online session on Friday.

CM Mohan Yadav imposed penalties on three individuals for irregularities in drinking water management and warned that strict action would be taken against officials in districts where citizens reported water shortages.
In Sehore district, a resident, Mr. Bhanwar Singh Patel, complained about the lack of water supply in Barkhedi village. Consequently, a fine of ₹37,469 was imposed on the contractor firm, M/s Vishwa. Technical issues in the tap water scheme were resolved, and domestic water connections were restored.
Similarly, in Mauganj, Shri Sunil Kumar Sahu reported that a broken pipeline had disrupted the water supply for over 1.5 years. As a result, action was taken against the contractor, KNK Company, and it was directed to complete repairs immediately. A field engineer from the project unit was dismissed, while notices were issued to the Chief Municipal Officer, Assistant Engineer, Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager of the Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Corporation for their failure to address the issue promptly.

In Chhindwara district, Mrs. Durgabai Vishwakarma lodged a complaint about delays in well construction. In response, the CEO and Assistant Engineer of the Janpad Panchayat faced disciplinary action, including a two-increment freeze as a penalty. The Gram Panchayat Secretary was suspended, while the Gram Rojgar Sahayak (Village Employment Assistant) received a termination notice. A payment of ₹72,372 was made to the complainant for the well’s construction.
Resolution of Welfare Scheme Complaints
CM Mohan Yadav directed action against negligent officials from the Social Justice Department and Treasury for delays in the Marriage Promotion Scheme for Disabled Individuals. Following a complaint from Shri Dinesh Kalme of Khandwa district about a ₹1 lakh payment delay, the amount was disbursed, and show-cause notices were issued.
Sushri Monika from Singrauli district faced delays in receiving her scholarship. Expressing displeasure, the Chief Minister warned officers of strict action if such delays persisted. Her pending amount of ₹22,748 was transferred via the portal.
Shri Rohit Raikwar from Vidisha district reported difficulties in receiving ₹10,000 under the PM Svanidhi scheme. His complaint was resolved, and the amount was credited. Dr. Yadav emphasized that Madhya Pradesh leads in the scheme’s implementation.
In Rewa district, Shri Ghananand Dwivedi had applied for compensation after losing livestock to a lightning strike seven months ago. His ₹20,000 compensation was approved, the Naib Nazir was suspended, and the responsible Tehsildar received a show-cause notice.
Mr. Ramesh Jatav from Gwalior experienced delays in receiving the third installment under the Housing Scheme due to incorrect data entry in the CM Helpline. The Chief Municipal Officer received a show-cause notice, and the pending installment was credited.
Under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme, Shri Rakesh Rishchariya from Chhatarpur was overcharged for medical treatment. His refund of ₹26,747 was processed, and a fine of ₹80,241—three times the overcharged amount—was imposed on the hospital.
Shri Asharam Lodhi from Tikamgarh district faced delays in receiving benefits under the Acharya Vidyasagar Cattle Welfare Scheme. The responsible official was penalized, and the complainant received ₹30,982 under the scheme.
Maternity Assistance under Sambal Yojana
A beneficiary in Guna district had not received maternity assistance under the CM Shramik Seva Rashtriya Swasthya Mission (Sambal). Following intervention, the rightful amount was disbursed. Negligent officials, including maternity ward staff, data entry operators, and accountants, faced a seven-day salary deduction, and show-cause notices were issued to senior hospital authorities.
Issuance of Mortgage Release Certificate
Shri Buddhi Singh from Datia district had cleared all payments on his Kisan Credit Card (KCC) but had not received a mortgage release certificate from the State Bank of India. After his complaint, the issue was resolved on March 21.
Commitment to Governance and Public Welfare
CM Mohan Yadav strongly condemned delays in service delivery for the poor, warning officials that negligence would not be tolerated. He instructed district authorities to resolve similar pending cases across Madhya Pradesh immediately.
Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain directed bankers’ committees to expedite loan approvals at the district level to prevent further delays.
