CM Mohan Yadav issued firm directives to maintain law and order in Jabalpur and other districts of the division, emphasizing the need to effectively control criminal elements. While reviewing the law and order situation in Jabalpur, he paid special attention to Naxal-affected areas such as Balaghat, Mandla, and Dindori, instructing officials to intensify efforts toward complete elimination of Naxal activities.
CM Mohan Yadav underscored that every district, along with the entire state, must be transformed into a model of law and order. He directed strict action against gambling, betting, illegal drug trade, and unauthorized sand mining and transportation. He further instructed authorities to ensure effective regulation and strict prevention of loudspeaker use at religious places, open sale of meat, and cow smuggling. The Chief Minister emphasized the need to identify individuals involved in criminal activities and take stringent action against them.
CM Mohan Yadav said that strict vigilance should be maintained on the conspiracy of becoming owner of land and property by marrying tribals. He said that negligence in maintaining law and order will not be tolerated. DGP Mr. Kailash Makwana, SDG Mr. Pankaj Shrivastava, ADG Mr. Sai Manohar and senior police and administrative officers of the division were present in the meeting.
