CM Mohan Yadav : Irrigation in every field will change the life of the farmer

CM Mohan Yadav said India is moving towards becoming the best country in the world thanks to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s leadership. Our government is working for the welfare of all sections. Youth, poor, farmers, and women are our priority. Madhya Pradesh is working at a fast pace to become the best state in the country.
CM Mohan Yadav was addressing a huge gathering at the dedication and foundation laying of development works in Lateri (Vidisha) on Saturday. He dedicated /laid the foundation of development works worth more than Rs 132 crore for the region. He conducted bhoomi pujan for 54 development works worth Rs 80 crore 16 lakh and dedicated 198 development works worth Rs 51 crore 96 lakh. The Chief Minister also distributed benefits to the beneficiaries of various schemes. A short film was also screened during the programme on freeing 505 hectares of Charnoi land of encroachments in Vidisha district.
CM Mohan Yadav said that due to the efforts of our Prime Minister Shri Modi, the modern-day Bhagirath, the state has two big irrigation projects in the form of Ken-Betwa and Parvati-Kalisindh-Chambal link projects. This will provide irrigation and drinking water facilities in a large area not only in Bundelkhand but also in the Malwa and Chambal regions. Water will be available to 360 villages in this region too. CM Mohan Yadav said that we aim to provide water to every farmer’s field. The life of the farmer will change with water coming to every field. We are going to surpass Punjab and Haryana in agricultural production.
CM Mohan Yadav said that the state is developing at a rapid pace in all areas like agriculture, animal husbandry, education, health, industry, employment, etc. Prime Minister Shri Modi is determined to provide a permanent house to every poor. Treatment up to Rs 5 lakh is free under Ayushman Bharat Yojana. The government is continuously working to increase industry and employment. Investment proposals worth crores have been received in the Investors Summit held in Ujjain, Sagar, Rewa, Jabalpur, and Gwalior. For the youth, the government is soon going to make one lakh recruitments in the government sector and about 3 lakh posts in the private sector.
CM Mohan Yadav said that always remember the importance of education. Give good education to children, the government is making all the arrangements for education. PM Schools of Excellence are being opened in 55 districts of the state. To provide good transport facilities to the poor, the government is going to restart Madhya Pradesh State Transport.
CM Mohan Yadav said that the government is promoting animal husbandry along with agriculture. The one who rears a cow is Gopal and the place they are reared is Gokul. The government is going to give bonuses on milk production and a subsidy will be given for rearing more than 10 cows. A large number of Gaushalas are being built in the state. Places where Lord Krishna visited in the state are being developed as pilgrimage sites. Lord Krishna pursued education in Sandipani Ashram, Ujjain, he got Sudarshan Chakra in Janapav. Narrating the story of friendship between Krishna and Sudama, he said that true friendship is when a friend helps the other without his knowledge.
CM Mohan Yadav assured to make special efforts for railway line in the area. He also announced the opening of a government college in Anandpur.
Animal Husbandry and Dairy Minister (Independent Charge) and Vidisha District In-charge Minister Shri Lakhan Patel said that due to the continuous efforts of the government, the area of irrigation in the state is increasing rapidly. Due to the efforts of Prime Minister Shri Modi and Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, two river-linking projects of the country have started in the state. CM Mohan Yadav is working as a messiah of the farmers. We resolve to irrigate the entire state. MP Smt. Lata Wankhede also addressed the gathering. MLA Shri Umakant Sharma put forward many demands for the development of the area which Chief Minister Dr. Yadav assured to fulfill.
